    Sono necessari, in ogni quartiere di Udine, dei parchi recintati dove far sgambare i cani in tranquillità.
    Detto questo, un bambino che cresce con un cane e impara dai genitori come rapportarsi quando lo incontra per strada, non avrà paura di loro, e non commetterà l'errore di attuare determinati atteggiamenti che vengono riconosciuti dal cane come quelli tipici di una preda (ritrarsi di scatto, girare e scappare, ecc..), in questo modo stare a contatto coi cani sarà un arricchimento, fonte di nuovi stimoli per il bambino e uno spunto per migliorare la sua socialità. I bambini non nascono cinofobici ma lo diventano a causa di genitori che si rapportano ai cani con pregiudizi. Inoltre il rischio zoonosi, stando a contatto con i cani, è piuttosto remoto, molto più rischioso in proporzione stare a contatto con altri bambini per quanto riguarda la trasmissione delle malattie.
