    1 - NON CONVIENE AL COMMERCIO!!! basti pensare alle numerose bicilcette o anche agli elettrodomestici che a volte basta un pezzo di ricambio... ...

    2 - secondo la NORMATIVA?? (che non è sempre LOGICA e GIUSTA) una volta buttato del materiale questo diventa rifiuto e non è piu RIUTILIZZABILE a meno che... non venga autorizzato (tipo autodemolitori)
    Bisognerebbe OVVIARE a questa normativa creando un passaggio intermedio tra chi BUTTA VIA il RIFIUTO e Area Rifiuti, PRIMA ANCORA che VENGA BUTTATO,, cioè prima ancora che venga CONSIDERATO RIFIUTO perche come rifiuto sarebbe VIETATO RIUTILIZZARLO per LEGGE!!!
    NORMATIVE fatte da INCOMPETENTI dato che molte NORME e INTENTI del nostro stato italiano sono in CONTRADDIZIONE !!
