    I comuni che incentivano anche finanziariamente l'utilizzo dei pannolini lavabili sono quelli che applicano la raccolta dei rifiuti porta a porta spinta. Per cui la questione economica che gira attorno ai rifiuti è molto diversa rispetto a un comune come Udine che arriva appena al 40% di differenziata e si ostina a continuare su questa strada...La quiestione pannolini è di per sé un problema se lo si pensa come rifiuto e diventa molto più evidente se tutto il resto o quasi può essere riciclato.
