La differenza è che gli ostelli offrono spazi di aggregazione per tante persone, mentre i B&B raramente possono ospitare più di una decina di persone. Anche una caserma dismessa potrebbe servire allo scopo.

L'ho notato (e segnalato tempo fa al vicesindaco Martines) anche io! Stessa cosa (e stesso erroraccio) per Casa Cavazzini: ci vuole un sito internet!!

Per me, più che allargare la zona pedonale, bisognerebbe rendere effettiva quella esistente. Persino nella stretta via Cavour si trovano auto parcheggiate, o la mattina presto o la sera tardi, non è possibile!! Le aree pedonali sono SOLO per i pedoni! Sarebbe già qualcosa!

E pensare che una volta i tram (metropolitana leggera...) c'erano a Udine ed andavano a San Daniele e Tarcento. Sarebbero da ripristinare proprio questi servizi, basti pensare al traffico su V.le Tricesimo...

Io riaprirei completamente la roggia lì. Bisogna abituarsi a non usare la macchina in centro. Più servizi pubblici (navette) e gente che cammina o va in bici e meno auto. Ci guadagniamo tutti!
